Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region to use the Service; if you are a minor, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You sign in with your Roblox account and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

2. The Service

Heaty generates code, user interfaces, and other assets from your instructions and can apply them to your open Roblox Studio session via our plugin. Features, engines, and limits may change over time. The Service is provided on an ongoing, best-effort basis and may occasionally be unavailable.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing;
• Generate content that violates the Roblox Terms of Use or Community Standards;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent limits or security of the Service;
• Resell or redistribute the Service, or use it to build a competing service;
• Misuse the Service to produce malicious code or to harm others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI models, which can make mistakes or produce inaccurate, insecure, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any generated code before publishing or relying on it. As between you and Heaty, you own the code and assets you generate, subject to the rights of any third parties and to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with Roblox’s policies.

5. Subscriptions, credits & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring (monthly) basis until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance; builds consume credits based on the engine used, and unused credits do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Roblox, Anthropic, Z.ai (Zhipu AI), Stripe, and Supabase. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, actions, or content.

7. No affiliation with Roblox

Heaty is an independent tool and is not created by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heaty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or its users.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
